Heather is an experienced Measurement Consultant with over 20 years in natural gas measurement, specializing in data integrity, system accuracy, and regulatory compliance. She brings deep expertise in FLOWCAL, supporting clients in the review, editing, and reconciliation of meter data across both gathering systems and large-volume interstate pipelines.

Heather has extensive experience developing and troubleshooting balance schematics, analyzing custody transfer variances, and supporting internal and third-party audits. She has managed pipeline balances exceeding 30 BCF per month and contributed to audit efforts that resulted in measurable revenue recovery.

Her technical expertise includes orifice, turbine, ultrasonic, and Coriolis measurement, along with FLOWCAL and TESTit applications. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Heather works across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable measurement systems.
