Matt’s early career included progressive leadership roles at ONEOK and MarkWest/MPLX. At ONEOK, he led a team of Balance Analysts and implemented TESTit for field verification scheduling and documentation. At MarkWest/MPLX, he managed data processing operations, streamlined measurement close cycles, enhanced railcar measurement processes, and implemented uncertainty-based verification procedures. He was later promoted to oversee the Midstream Measurement department, including Measurement Specialists, Product Quality, field laboratories, and Project Engineering teams. Matt is an active participant in GPA Midstream, API, and AGA technical committees and workgroups, and has authored multiple technical papers presented at ISHM, the AGA Operating Conference, the GPA Technical Conference, and various regional measurement forums. His deep technical knowledge and commitment to industry standards strengthen X-Treme Measures’ ability to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient measurement solutions.
